you can improve your reading by reading more english books and newspaper, you can surely learn loads of vocabulary by doing so!
improve your speaking by speaking in english with your friends. it's definitely better if you have english speaking friends.
watching english tv programmes is a good way of training your listening as well.

I recommend you to watch a English program,
it calls "Heroes".
It is a amazing program that I have never seen.
