You could start with english newspapers and news, such as BBC, CNN Television or radio. It is a great way to train your ears and also learn the way that people talk and speak. Don't be afraid to try out and give yourself some time to get warm-up. Please try to stay away from songs' lyric, they are not the right source to start with.
